The Helene project partners in Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Spain are funded by the Socrates, Minerva Programme. The aim of the project is to explore the issues surrounding,
create a framework for, and implement, a jointly awarded MBA European degree programme in E Business. To facilitate the joint assessment process of the MBA the partners will be utilising, and developing, the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) protocols .

The MBA Programme will be taught and supported by all partner institutions. This will be accomplished by linking the partners´ existing institutional virtual learning systems to create a unified and collaborative multiple media Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) network across Europe.
